I love my kitchen aid juicer and I use it mostly to make this carrot juice. It is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamines. But yes, it does not provide you with a lot of fiber. So drink in moderation.
Carrots are very healthy, especially their high level of antioxidants in the form of beta carotene and their level of vitamine A. The combination with celery, which is known for its stress relief function, I like a lot. It takes away a little bit of the sweetness of the carrots and apple. The ginger give the juice a nice spicy undertone. Oh I love ginger!
Opening my fridge and seeing a little bottle with this home made juice always makes me smile from ear to ear!
By the way: do not throw away the carrot pulp!!! This pulp is full of fiber, and I have some nice recipes to use it in: Carrot bliss balls & Carrot banana bread Do not waste food!

wash you veggies thoroughly. No need to peel them! Chop in pieces that fit in your juicer. And there you go, juice juice juice!
