Hummus, I am a big big fan! And since I made some nice pumpkin puree, I could not resist the temptation to create a pumpkin hummus recipe. So today I am sharing my recipe with you. I do not need to spend lots of words on it, it tastes incredible, and I strongly advice you to try this at home!
Ingredients
- 100 gr pumpkin puree
- 75 gr chickpeas canned
- 1 clove garlic small
- 2 tsp sesame paste white
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch peper
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

drain and rinse the chickpeas and clean and roughly chop the garlic

put all ingredients in your (stand)blender and mix until well combined and smooth

season to your own taste with pepper and salt
