Bliss balls, there is something about them that makes them a great and beloved snack and looking good in a picture! This version is with raw cacao, which gives them a deep and rich flavour.
It is so comfy that when you come home after a workout, these cacao bliss balls are waiting for you in the fridge. They provide you with instant good energy, and taste super nice!
cacao bliss balls
bliss balls from raw cacao powder with almonds, hazelnuts, grated coconut, flax seeds, dates, apricots and honey
Ingredients
- 70 gr medjool dates
- 50 gr dried apricots unsulfured
- 50 gr almonds
- 25 gr pecan nuts
- 20 gr grated coconut
- 1 tbsp flax seeds ground
- 20 gr coconut oil liquid
- 20 gr honey running
- 10 gr grated coconut for garnishing
Instructions

put all the ingredients except 20 gr of the almonds and 10 gr of the grated coconut, in your foodprocessor and mix till it forms a crumbly but sticky substance

add the rest of the almonds and mix till they have the desired structure. You add them later to give a bit of crunch

form 15 balls with your hands and roll each ball through the grated coconut

put in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm. Keep in the fridge if you can resist them!
