Making granola is one of my favourite things to do, not only because you end up with a nice batch of home made good stuff, but evenly so important because the house smells delicious for the rest of the day! This nut and seeds granola is already a family favourite! So I can highly recommend that you give it a try!
Recently I participated in a mothers-day contest of Nora French from Noralicious. You could win her cookbook Healthy Fast Food. The question you had to answer is who should win this book for mothers-day. No doubt, that should of course be my mother Janet. And lucky her, we won the book! Before giving it to her I of course have to read it myself… 😉 Her nutty granola recipe inspired me, and I came of with my own version of it. As said, already a family favourite. A batch is in the oven as we speak!
Why wait, hurry and make yourself a nice batch of this nuts and seeds granola too. I promise you that you will not regret it!
