This dish is about happiness. A lot of times it is hidden in small things, and if we do not pay attention, we let it pass by unnoticed. When you start thinking about what makes your really happy, you will notice that the things that pop-up in our mind are very often things that do not cost any money. 

The first snowdrop in your garden as a sign that spring is arriving, hearing the birds sing, the first day of the year that you can go outside without a jacket, a walk on the beach, a hug from your little one, and so on.

Why does this dish represent happiness to me? It is the first dish in my life I made with vegetables I have grown myself. I am so proud that the little seeds I planted weeks ago have grown into these delicious radishes!
