What a festive breakfast this turned out to be, chia breakfast topped with raspberries, blackberries and oven roasted almond pulp. Oh yeah, I love it!

Home made jam, yes, healthy, delicious and and an excellent way to use ‘over’ ripe fruits (or just and excuse to make something utterly delicious and treat yourself!). It is totally free of refined sugars, and sweetened with only a little bit of honey.
