Rhubarb, I still cannot get enough of it… and it is only the beginning of the season! After making the rhubarb-apple sauce, I had no reason not to make a nice rhubarb crumble for dessert (breakfast will also do by the way)

Oh yes, rhubarb! When I walked passed the vegetable shop and saw it, I could not withstand… it was too tempting… even though it is not really in season yet… So this rhubarb comes from the greenhouse. Which makes it really tender.
