A jam which is fresh and has a lot of warmth at the same time, yes it is this raspberry jam with rosemary and cinnamon!

Ingredients

  • 250 gr raspberries
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 tbsp honey raw
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0,5 tsp cinnamon ceylon

Instructions

  1. Chop the rosemary. Bring the raspberries, honey and rosemary to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes

  2. Add the chia seeds and cinnamon and stir well. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes or until it has reached the desired thickness

  3. Add to a glass jar and let it cool down. You can put it upside down in the fridge to vacuum it. This way it will hold a bit longer
