Delicious and refreshing green smoothie with mango, spinach, lemon, ginger, hemp seeds and wheatgrass powder

Ingredients

  • 250 gr mango
  • 100 gr spinach
  • 1,5 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  • 2,5 cm ginger
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 200 gr raspberries
  • 100 ml applejuice
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

  1. clean the mango and cut into pieces, juice the lemon, clean the ginger and cut into small pieces

  2. put all the ingredients except the raspberries in your (high speed) blender and blend for several minutes until smoothie and creamy. Optionally add time ice cubes

  3. mash the raspberries and divide over two glass jars. Add the smoothie and eat with a spoon!
