refreshing greek salad with cherry tomatoes, sweet pepper, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives and feta cheese



  • 150 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gr sweet pepper
  • 75 gr red onion
  • 200 gr cucumber
  • 75 gr kalamata olives deseeded
  • 100 gr feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt


  1. Cut the tomatoes in halves of quarters, depending on their size. Clean the sweet pepper by cutting in the half in the length and take out the seeds and membranes. Then dice in 1/2 cm stripes

  2. Slice the cucumber in 4 mm slices and then cut in 4. Clean the onion and cut in the half moons

  3. If you have olives with pit deseed them first. Otherwise just cut them in half

  4. Crumble the feta

  5. Carefully mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, preferably with your hands. Add the olive oil, vinegar and mix well. Season with pepper and salt to your own taste
